How Feeling Uncomfortable Has Changed My Business

You know the feeling…

Sweaty palms.

Racing heart.

Mind is going a mile a minute.

You are afraid of what could possibly go wrong.

*Pause Take*

How come no one ever thinks of what could possibly GO RIGHT when we step out of our comfort zone?

This has been one of the most life-changing practices that I have learned.

I have talked about being an introvert before on the blog, and how I was literally afraid (should I say terrified) of making videos when I began my online business.

But here is the #truth….

Staying in your comfort zone is keeping you BROKE, UNHAPPY and DEPRESSED.

How do I know?

I was there once before.

It was not until I made peace with the uncomfortable feelings that I started to see massive results in my business.

And again why MINDSET is such an important part of being a business owner.

1

Here are some of the ways that stepping out of my comfort zone has helped me in the last 18 months:

:: Allowed me to help women to completely transform their lives and start to live lives that fulfill them, that support their families and that bring in a (good) income while making a big impact.

:: Talk with 6 & 7 Figure business owners and get the insights of what they are doing to grow their business and the lessons they learned (P.S. You can listen in on these conversations on the podcast).

:: Make friends with women that I talk with every single week and help me to see that I am not alone on this Entrepreneurial Mom Journey.

:: Bust through limiting beliefs, mindset blocks and years of struggling with low self-esteem.

:: Get published in the Huffington Post and featured in multiple Blogs, Podcasts, Facebook Groups and Membership Sites.

I feel like these are just the tipping point.

There are so many other ways that I can still go bigger in my business.

There is still so much more that I want to work on and so many ways that I want to evolve.

That is the beauty of owning a business.

You get to grow with your business.

2

So if you are afraid of something…

What if you turned it around and saw it as THE WAY to having massive growth?

What if you saw it as the opportunity to grow your business and yourself along the way.

Stop sitting there wishing you had something you want.

Stop beating yourself up for not being where you want to be.

Get up and take action.

3

YES it will take hard work.

YES it will take determination.

YES it will be uncomfortable.

But it will also be SOOOOO worth it.

So what are you waiting for?

Go get uncomfortable.

And when you are done…Take care of YOU.

Get support.

Lean a biz bestie or coach.

That is how you can more easily muster up the courage the next time.
